Good Luck Inn

Location is steps away from all the places I want to visit. Staff are really kind! I requested for late check out at 3pm (they waive the fee as room wasnt ready during check in) yet I only check out 3.30pm but wasn’t charge. A good variety on the breakfast menu that’s included in all room types from 7.30am-12noon. No morning prayers over the loud speaker at 6am!

Every staff/owner here is very friendly and helpful; you can trust them to ensure you have a nice stay. Breakfast is included; and the food was good. And the coffee, is my personal favourite. The linens and towels smelled fresh and scented, not musty or funny-smelling like some places I've stayed before. This, to me, is a very comforting factor in an inn/motel. They catered to my sometimes untimely requests without hesitation. I've had a warm welcome, a warm stay and a warm departure. Thank you, Good Luck Inn.

room with good view of Kek Lok Si Temple, overall quite clean room, room with more than enough lighting, very bright, very good, well equipped facilities like hair dryer, kettle, table, closet, extra pillows, etc

The customer service is good. The hotel owners went out of their way to provide excellent customer service as they were attentive and ready-to- help with little details especially in providing information regarding transportation and travels within Ayer Itam. They managed to arrange for a taxi to bring me up to Batu Ferringhi on 4 February 2023 evening despite the big traffic jams in town due to the Thaipusam festival. Bravo! I am a happy customer, very satisfied with the excellent customer service of Good Luck Inn.

Feel at home with services given by the staff. Must try their oriental food, tasty. Rooms are pretty spacious, a king sized bed housed 3 of us comfortablely. Never encountered parking issue as per stated by some. As long as you get more information from the counter before checking in, parking is not an issue at all.
